Mazenet has partnered with Canada’s largest business technology integrator to manage the IT infrastructure of a prominent telecommunication firm, in support of Canada's 5G initiatives. Mazenet is actively assisting the client in the execution of their NFV project, strengthening the performance of their IT network with agile and robust solutions aimed at ensuring the stability of the client's infrastructure. This collaborative effort involves closely working together to minimize network downtime and streamline the entire issue resolution process.

The concerted effort is aimed to smoothly support the rollout of 5G. A massive count of 97 clusters is used to implement the project and our dedicated team of highly skilled engineers handle them all remotely. The team tirelessly works round the clock to achieve significant uptick in the performance of the project's critical telecom network infrastructure.

To achieve this, we monitor the client infrastructure closely to capture any anomalies and solve it proactively at the infrastructure level. In the event of any infrastructure issue raised on the customer end, we work towards the solution on the basis of priority and severity.

Level 2 Support For OpenShift/Kubernetes

At Mazenet, we bring unparalleled expertise to the world of Kubernetes, with a primary focus on Red Hat OpenShift. As an extension of our clients’ team, we utilize a range of tools, including OpenShift command line (cli), GUI/API, and kubectl, to troubleshoot and support OpenShift 3 and 4+. Our responsibilities span architecture and design, network configurations, storage requirements, troubleshooting Kubernetes Operators, and leveraging automation tools like Git, Ansible, and more.
