REQUIREMENT & CHALLENGES
Railways need to constantly upgrade their systems to meet the demands of a growing population and increasing traffic. The main requirements included integrating their system with the existing setup, installing IP phones in the way side station master room, setting up a Network Management System (NMS) server for monitoring, and implementing a voice recording server for call recording. Addressing these requirements entailed strategic planning and technical expertise.
To address these challenges, Mazenet implemented effective solutions. We installed a gateway to facilitate the integration of their system with the existing setup.
Additionally, we installed an FXS gateway at the way side station master room and provided phone connections.
To meet the monitoring requirements, an NMS application was installed on the server. Furthermore, a separate voice recording server was installed to ensure call recordings.
By implementing these solutions, Mazenet successfully overcome the challenges faced by railways. The integration of the existing setup, installation of IP phones, implementation of the NMS server, and voice recording server resulted in a robust and efficient communication system.
